Sometimes when we have struggled with depression and anxiety for a long time, we don’t feel comfortable being in a class room setting. We want help, we want to learn how to better ourselves but just don’t want to be with other people, and Hey that is okay. Your personal growth should be personal.
Creative Writing For The Mind, Body & Soul “One On One” may be just what you are looking for.
You will learn all the 5 sections from my book/course but at your own pace “One On One” with me! There will be no time lines to how you progress and each section will be personalized to your growth and your situation.
We will take our time and you will learn to use each tool in your own way so you see results and feel the changes yourself!
"One On One" sessions are $30 for an hour, session can be done online or in person depending on where you live.
