May 11, Darcy will be presenting his newest Book! "My Guided meditation" he will be talking openly about how meditation became the foundation to his recovery from depression. How he has used meditation to over come anxiety and heal past trauma's in his life.

He will also guide the audience through breathing exercises and  2 meditations. This is going to be a fun night with open conversation. Learning that meditation really is not that hard to do at all and it can become a regular part of your life!
